1. Reservations & Check-in

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation.
• Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.

2. Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment may be required prior to arrival, depending on the selected rate.
• The cancellation policy also depends on the selected rate:
  • For non-refundable bookings, full payment is required at the time of reservation. No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.
  • For flexible rates, cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.
  • Please review the conditions of your chosen rate before completing your reservation.

3. House Rules

• No smoking, no parties, and no loud music after 22:00.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Guests must respect neighbors and the residential nature of the building.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

4. Damages & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Missing or damaged items will be charged via the guest’s payment method or Airbnb/Expedia system.
• If you lose your key card, a €15 replacement fee will apply.
• Hotel BonBon is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings.

5. Identification & Safety

• Guests may be asked to provide a valid ID and a selfie with their passport prior to or upon arrival.
• By booking, the guest agrees to these terms and confirms they are of legal age to make the reservation.

6. Miscellaneous

• By confirming a booking, guests accept these Terms & Conditions.
• Hotel BonBon reserves the right to cancel any reservation if these conditions are not met
