All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation.
Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is not possible.
Payment may be required prior to arrival, depending on the selected rate.
The cancellation policy also depends on the selected rate:
For non-refundable bookings, full payment is required at the time of reservation. No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.
For flexible rates, cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.
Please review the conditions of your chosen rate before completing your reservation.
No smoking, no parties, and no loud music after 22:00.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Guests must respect neighbors and the residential nature of the building.
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Missing or damaged items will be charged via the guest’s payment method.
If you lose your key card, a €15 replacement fee will apply.
Hotel BonBon is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings.
Guests may be asked to provide a valid ID and a selfie with their passport prior to or upon arrival.
By booking, the guest agrees to these terms and confirms they are of legal age to make the reservation.
